Slate Cover Roof - Dust-Free Method "ZeroD-Roof"

Patent obtained! A revolutionary renovation method for the repair of slate roofs in factories and warehouses.

"ZeroD-Roof" is a slate cover roof structure with a double-layered steel plate roof that allows construction to be carried out without dust falling inside the factory, while the factory remains operational. Using existing hook bolts, construction can proceed without making any holes in the existing factory roof. Additionally, since the existing roof is not dismantled, the roof becomes a double structure, improving the insulation and soundproofing of the indoor environment. 【Features】 ■ Construction can be carried out while the factory remains operational without removing the existing slate. ■ Since the existing roof remains intact, there is no need for disposal of industrial waste. ■ The dust-free construction method ensures no dust is generated, eliminating the need for protective measures inside the facility. ■ New installation of long-length folded plate roofs resolves issues such as leaks. ■ The double structure with the existing slate significantly enhances insulation. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Dust-free method for slate renovation "ZeroD-Roof"

Can be constructed without removing the existing roof! Suitable for large-scale roof renovations in factories and similar facilities.

"ZeroD-Roof" is a new construction method developed independently by Nakai that can be implemented without removing existing roofs. It allows for the revitalization of facilities without interrupting the customer's business, such as factories, warehouses, and stores, while also avoiding the generation of industrial waste. By attaching a saddle developed in-house to a hook bolt, it enables renovations to be carried out without drilling screws into the existing slate, allowing the factory to operate safely during the construction work. [Features] ■ Can be implemented while the factory is in operation ■ Peace of mind from not generating industrial waste ■ Suitable for improving leak prevention and thermal insulation *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Green Roof Method Wet Jet

Methods for freely designing roof greening, wall greening, and rooftop greening.

The Wet Jet green roofing method is a thin-layer greening system that can create a rich vegetative environment with minimal irrigation equipment and maintenance. While green roofs and green walls are often discussed with an environmentally friendly image, they actually rely on greening technologies that have a significant environmental impact. The Wet Jet has established a true ecological greening system by replicating the terraced rice farming techniques seen in the mountainous regions of Southeast Asia using metal roofing technology. Even with a small amount of irrigation, water gradually spreads downward like in a terraced field, ensuring an adequate soil moisture level across the entire planting area. Furthermore, despite being a thin-layer greening method with a low design load, it allows for the cultivation of various plants from low slopes to vertical wall surfaces.

FRP Bridge Vacuum Infusion Method

A bridge that is resistant to salt damage, lightweight, high-strength, and does not decay.

Vacuum Infusion The entire glass fiber mat layered on the mold is covered with a film and sealed, creating a complete vacuum state by removing the air from the glass fiber layer. Next, using the power of the vacuum, polyester resin is injected into the glass fiber layer, ensuring it spreads evenly to create a uniform and strong FRP laminate. This manufacturing method is referred to as "Vacuum Infusion (VI)." This technique is also used in the production of large blades for wind turbines and yacht hulls. Laminates produced using this method are used in the structural components of FRP bridges. The high glass fiber content allows for lightweight and strong laminates, and there is the advantage of being able to produce very large laminate sheets. The shape of the mold can be freely designed, whether flat or curved, enabling the creation of elegantly shaped bridge girders.
